The ORTEX INSIDER MOMENTUM (OIM) Indicates the direction and strength of recent insider trading. Ortex evaluates all insiders on past performance, position within the company and historical trades. A positive OIM indicates that insiders have a weighted positive view. Given the weighting we do on past performance, a positive OIM doesn’t necessarily mean that the total insider trading in the period has been positive.
