Bonds and credit data
A company's bonds, what they pay, how they are rated and how expensive they are to borrow.
A company's debt says as much about it as its share price. ORTEX holds over 2.2 million live bonds with an ISIN from about 82,000 issuers. Each bond is tied to its issuer and, where the issuer or its consolidation parent is a listed company ORTEX covers, to that company, so a finance subsidiary's bonds roll up to the listed parent. Every bond carries its full terms with the source of each one, current credit ratings and their history, daily securities lending from 2012, the US funds that hold it, and its ECB collateral status.
Historical rating actions, so every upgrade and downgrade on a bond sits on a dated timeline next to the current rating.
From the EU regulatory rating platform, covering the major agencies.

Currency, coupon rate, type and frequency, day count, floating index and spread, issue and maturity dates, issue price, amount issued, denomination, seniority, guarantor, call schedule, perpetual flag and status. Every term carries the source it came from.
Call and put schedules, make-whole provisions, step-ups, loss absorption, sustainability labels and more. A term is stored only when the quoted text is found in the document and an independent rule-based reading agrees.
About 1.4 million instrument ratings on record, over 600,000 of them current, and over 10 million historical rating actions from the EU regulatory rating platform, covering the major agencies.
Daily history from 2012: value on loan, share of the issue on loan, utilization, loan fees, and a special flag for bonds that are expensive and in demand to borrow.
Which US registered funds hold each bond and how much, quarterly, from US SEC fund filings.
ECB collateral eligibility with the haircut, and whether the Eurosystem holds the bond.
For ORTEX Advanced subscribers: a Bonds tab on stock pages (outstanding amounts, maturity wall, ratings, lending, credit events), a page per bond, and a bond market page with maturity walls, rating changes, most expensive to borrow and new issues.
Bonds are linked to the same companies as every other ORTEX dataset, so a company's debt, its ratings and the cost of borrowing its bonds sit next to its short interest, fundamentals and prices. Every term records where it came from, and terms read from offering documents are kept only when the quoted text backs them up.
